'Ang.: Lone' is a sort of social realist 'rebellious teen movie'. It tells the story of a troubled, emotionally confused, and defiant 16-year-old girl called Lone. Lone runs away from a girls' home in Jutland and travels to the home of her foster parents. Her visit quickly gives rise to a conflict so she travels onward to Copenhagen. In Copenhagen she enters into lower and middle class milieus and the hippiesque underground, but she runs away from each of these because she manages to start conflicts with most people by acting aggressively aggrieved. Lone finds a boyfriend and becomes pregnant during the couple of months she spends in Copenhagen before she is found and placed in a mothers' home which she eventually runs away from in order to have an illegal abortion.

Big Ang is an American reality television series starring Angela "Big Ang" Raiola, who first received television exposure on the second season of the reality series Mob Wives. She's owned the bar Drunken Monkey in Staten Island, New York for seven years. Raiola's uncle, the late Salvatore "Sally Dogs" Lombardi, was a captain of the Genovese crime family. The series, which is a spinoff of Mob Wives, premiered July 8, 2012, on VH1. Raiola confirmed during an interview in May 2013 that a second season of Big Ang was being produced, but it was later revealed that the season would be retooled as another spin-off titled Miami Monkey, which premiere on September 8, 2013.

Ang Dating Daan is a religious radio and television program in the Philippines produced by the Members of the Church of God International. It is primarily hosted by Eli Soriano. In Portugal and Brazil, it airs as O Caminho Antigo which is a direct translation for The Old Path. In Latin America, it airs as El Camino Antiguo which is also a direct translation of the English name. The program can also be viewed on the Internet through the Members Church of God International websites and on YouTube. It has been recognized as one of the longest-running religious programs in the Philippines.
Ang Tamang Daan is a program produced by the Philippine-based religious organization, Iglesia ni Cristo, and aired over their television station, Net 25. On this program, the Iglesia ni Cristo debates and rebukes claims made by fellow Philippine religious organization Ang Dating Daan and their presiding minister, Eliseo Soriano, about the beliefs of the Iglesia ni Cristo, primarily regarding the deity of Jesus Christ. The name of the program is probably meant to be a pun of the name of Ang Dating Daan, which is Tagalog for "The Old Path", with the INC claiming their program, Ang Tamang Daan is "The Right Path". Relations between the two groups have been perennially strained, and both organizations use their respective television programs as well as other media to present "evidence" which they believe shows contradictions in each other's teachings. Ang Tamang Daan began a regular programming on Net 25 on 2001 which was meant only to contradict Eliseo Soriano's teachings in his program Ang Dating Daan. Most of the hosts of the program Ang Tamang Daan are current ministers of the Iglesia ni Cristo such as Maximo Bularan, Jr., Ramil Parba, Michael Sandoval, Rommel Topacio and Jose Ventilacion. They even air some testimonials of former members of Eliseo Soriano's church such as Daniel Veridiano and some others.

The television show has launched the careers of several successful singers, notably, Regine Velasquez and Donna Cruz. The show also had a contestant named Josephine Roberto, who later defeated Christina Aguilera on the way to become Female Vocalist Champion in the 1989 edition of Star Search in the United States.

Ang Mahiwagang Baul is a Filipino live-action children’s television anthology series retelling popular Philippine myths, legends and folktales. It headlines Eissen bayubay and Sandy Talag as siblings Epoy and Jewel, respectively, and Carme Sanchez as Lola Tacia who also serves as the story teller/narrator. The series was followed by another series called Mga Kuwento ni Lola Basyang which followed the same format as Ang Mahiwagang Baul and focused on the classic tales created by Severino Reyes. Ang Mahiwagang Baul was originally slated for just seven episodes and considered only as filler, but the network awarded several extensions because of impressive viewership ratings and the positive feedback from the viewers. The show was originally aired weekly on GMA Network from July 17, 2005 to January 28, 2007 with the total of seventy five episodes. It was also aired in GMA Pinoy TV from 2006 to 2007. Reruns of episodes aired on Q from year 2008 to 2010. Q's successor GMA News TV currently airs the reruns of the show since 2011. Some episodes also available on DVD.
